Yesterday on my internet travels I found a story on several newswebsites that caught my eye. It has been reported that there is currently a mystery on the River Lea as a goose was apparently seen being dragged under the water by some unknown (unseen) creature. There is quite a lot of speculation as to what it might be that is living in the river with many suggesting things from a terrapin or a large pike to an unwanted tropical pet such as a python or an alligator which may have been abandoned there, however I have my own theory.
